Christmas Recipe : Fruit Cake

Chef Ririn Marinka shared a simple recipe of Homemade Fruit Cake, to celebrate Christmas on 25 December.

Ingredients :
250 gram flour
Baking powder 15 gram
Mixed dried fruit 150 grams
Butter 200 grams
250 grams of sugar
5 eggs

How to create
1. Mix butter, sugar and eggs in one bowl. Beat evenly with the mixer until smooth and the sugar dissolves.
2. Enter gradually sifted wheat flour and baking powder. Stir evenly with a spatula.
3. Finally mix the dried fruit and stir again until evenly distributed.
4. Pour the batter into a pan that has been smeared with butter and sprinkled with flour. Enter into the oven with 180 degrees Celsius temperature for 45-50 minutes. Once cooked, remove and let cool before cutting.

Lebaran Recipe : Bread Cheese

Preparing pastries for Lebaran, chef Marinka has a recipe that is easy to make but still look beautiful and of course delicious. Bread Cheese Stick or cheese bread rolls are inspired from basic pizza recipes.

Ingredients :
2 pcs white breadless lean
70 ml tomato sauce
30 ml chili sauce
100 grams kraft grated cheddar cheese
20 grams finely chopped garlic
20 grams finely chopped parsley

How to create
1. Apply tomato sauce and chilli sauce and chopped garlic and parsley leaf. Sprinkle top with grated cheese
2. Cut into small rectangle
3. Oven for 5-10 minutes in oven 200 c

Chicken Balls Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients and The Steps :
1. BlackGarlic Chicken Ball - Make sure it is not frozen when it will be cooked. Ingredients: Chicken Chop, olive oil, milk, garlic, onion, chives, red curly pepper, bread flour, coriander powder, cumin powder, granulated sugar, salt & pepper powder.
2. Ribbon Bread - Cut into 2 parts according to the drawing instructions. Then bake in a frying pan without oil using medium heat for 2 minutes until both sides are brownish. Behind every 1 minute.
3. Yoghurt
4. Garlic - Wash & finely chop.
5. Honey
6. Chives - Wash off. Then sliced thinly.
7. Gerkins - Dispose of the water. Then finely chopped.
8. Head Lettuce (BY8) - Wash off. Then thinly sliced according to the drawing instructions.
9. Tomato - Wash off. Then thin round slices

Put the Chicken Balls
Heat 350 ml of oil over the skillet with medium heat. Make sure it's really hot. Then enter BlackGarlic Chicken Ball . Fry for 3 minutes until cooked and brownish. Lift and drain.

Making the Yogurt Sauce
Prepare the bowl, then mix the following ingredients into it: Yoghurt , Garlic, Honey, Chives and Gerkins . * Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.

Presents Chicken Yogurt Sauce Ball
Place Pita Bread that has been baked on a serving plate. Then fill the inside with Head Lettuce and Tomato. Repeat until the material runs out. Serve with Chicken Balls with Yoghurt Sauce.

The ingredients:
350 gr margarine
6 egg yolks
120 gr grated Edam cheese
1/4 tsp salt
350 gr sifted flour
60 g cornstarch
700 grams of powdered sugar (for sprinkling)

How to make :
Prepare a flat baking pan, spread with margarine, then set aside and then whipped margarine until fluffy, then enter the eggs and continue to beat until fluffy.
Enter the flour, cornstarch, stir, add Edam cheese and salt and stir until the dough can be formed.
Take 1 tablespoon of dough, form balls, place on a baking sheet, and given the distance.
Bake in oven at a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes until cooked, let cool and then coat sprinkled with powdered sugar, until all parts of the cake to the closed sugar.
store in an airtight jar

Resep Ikan Gurame

Ingredients / spices:
1 head carp (700 grams), remove it from the bones, cut into 3x3 cm fish meat, soak in 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 2 teaspoons fish sauce for 1 hour, also soak the bones and fish heads
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg white

5 tomatoes, boiled and filtered water boiled together
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely sliced length
2 red chilies, cut into thin oblique
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
1 cucumber, discarded seeds, cut into matchsticks
1 stalk scallion, cut askew
1 tablespoon soy sauce english
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon salt
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
500 ml of water
2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in water
2 tablespoons oil for frying

Processing way:
Dip fish in egg whites. Roll in a mixture of flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Fry until dry. Do the same on the bones and fish heads. Also fry until cooked fish heads.
Boil the tomatoes until tender right. Strain along the water.
Heat the oil. Saute garlic, onion, and red pepper until fragrant. Enter the cooking water tomato, ketchup, soy sauce english, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
Pour water. Let bubbling. Pour the cornstarch solution. Stir well. Lift. Pour over the fish.
